What is King & Thread?
King & Thread is a purpose-driven apparel brand built for those who live with intention, move with discipline, and chase something bigger than themselves. We design premium shirts with bold messages and clean design — made to be worn with purpose.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take longer — you'll receive estimated turnaround details at the time of confirmation.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding soon.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns are only accepted if you received the wrong item or a defective product. All other sales are final. Be sure to review sizing and product details before ordering.
Will you adjust or clean up my design?
We print exactly what you submit. We don’t modify artwork unless specifically requested, so please double-check before uploading.
How do I care for my shirt?
Turn it inside out, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble dry low. Avoid ironing directly over the design for longest-lasting wear.
Who pays for return shipping?
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back unless otherwise agreed upon.
What size should I order?
We use AS Colour 5001 (midweight) and 5026 (heavyweight) blanks. Both are true to size. If you're in between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.
Can I print my own design on a shirt?
Yes. Visit our Custom Shirts page to submit your design and order. We print on the same premium blanks we use in every drop.
What’s the minimum order for custom shirts?
There is a 2-shirt minimum for all custom orders. Pricing starts at $55 per shirt for 2–4, $45 for 5–9, and $35 each for orders of 10 or more.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom shirts are typically printed and shipped within 5–7 business days after your design is approved.
Can I return a custom shirt?
No. All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How should I send my custom design?
Send a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, 300 DPI, and at least 12" wide. Avoid screenshots or low-res images — what you upload is what gets printed.

At King & Thread, every piece is made with intention and inspected for quality before shipping. Because we operate in small batches and offer limited releases, all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect upon delivery.
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
You received the wrong item (size, style, or color), or
The item arrived damaged or defective
If either applies, please contact us at kingandthread@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order, and include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the item
A description of the issue
We’ll review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Please note:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
We do not accept returns for sizing issues, change of mind, or custom orders
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon
All approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval
King & Thread is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Please review your design and sizing carefully before submitting.
